I am a retired civil servant of 45 years in the engineering profession, doing design, operations and contract administration.

I am an active member of the Freemasons and spend a lot of my time supporting that organization.

I also have a grandchild who is on the autism spectrum and that is the main reason that I have gotten involved with Inclusions.

Craig is a familiar face around Haldimand County. He puts his boundless energy into expanding and improving every aspect of the organizations he volunteers with.

A local tradesman and member of our Board, David is also the parent of one of our clients. Seeing the need for services first-hand was key to the founding of Inclusions.

Heather is passionate about building an inclusive community where everyone feels welcome and valued. She joined the Inclusions

Board because she believes in the organization's mission of creating opportunities and meaningful programs for people with developmental disabilities.

As an active community volunteer, Heather is proud to support the important work Inclusions does for individuals and their families.

She is proud to serve on the board and looks forward to helping Inclusions continue to make a positive impact in the community.

Rachel Jackson is a clinical psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and families in the Pediatric Chronic Pain Program at McMaster Children's Hospital.

She is also a part-time assistant clinical professor at McMaster University.

Rachel has a passion for strengthening community through volunteer work as well as contributing to broader, systemic changes within organizations.

I’m a hardworking and dedicated mom, wife, and Realtor based in Caledonia. While balancing a busy life, I’m always looking for ways to give back to my community.

After joining the Caledonia BIA and truly enjoying the experience, I was invited by Craig Peters to join the Inclusions Committee. After seeing the incredible impact they have, I was proud to get involved and so grateful to be a part of it.

Jen Bubleit is an ICF Certified Leadership Coach, business consultant, and community advocate with more than 20 years of leadership experience.

She is passionate about helping people, teams, and organizations grow and brings valuable experience in strategic planning, team development, and community engagement.
