Melanie is the third generation in her family to work within the disabled adults community. She brings two decades of business, finance, and charity expertise to her behind-the-scenes role here at Inclusions.

Rebecca is our Chief Commanding Officer and the driving force behind Inclusions. Her genuine care for our clients and their families shines in everything she does.

I am a retired civil servant of 45 years in the engineering profession, doing design, operations and contract administration.
I am an active member of the Freemasons and spend a lot of my time supporting that organization.
I also have a grandchild who is on the autism spectrum and that is the main reason that I have gotten involved with Inclusions.
